The Error is not a mistake

Through the year-long program composed of three exhibitions, we reflect on mistakes as a natural part of the human and non-human world. We speculate on the difference between an error and a mistake.

We question who determines what is false. We point out that making mistakes in the educational and creative process is a desirable principle that allows us to move forward. We bring the principles of critical pedagogy into the implementation of projects. We take the proximity of the Sphere – polytechnic educational center and the partnership with it as an opportunity to grasp and mediate the topic of critical pedagogy in more detail.

We open a critical dialogue towards architects, urban planners, creators of urban visions and ask how to transcend our egos and think differently about architecture and public space in times of climatic, social, political and other turbulent changes.

We do not want to create additional barriers in the outward and inward dialogue. We want to be understandable and open to all groups, especially those whose voices are not heard as much. We approach ourselves as an institution with healthy criticism. We take it as a fact that many visitors come to us by mistake and understand this as an opportunity for further opening outwards.
