Hynek Bařák: Dekáda / Decade
Exhibition of Paintings at Club 29
Hynek Bařák freely experiments with various techniques layered over one another. He has long been working within a cyclically narrow range of themes that are interconnected in some way and are continuously upcycled through his distinctive style. Recently, he has also been exploring the themes of mimicry and camouflage.
At Club 29, we will present a selection of Bařák's works created over the past ten years.
Hynek Bařák (*1990) is a graduate of the Secondary School of Arts and Crafts in Uherské Hradiště and the painting studio of Petr Kvíčala at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Brno. His work is strongly inspired by antiquity and the Middle Ages, the motif of knightly armor, and the animal ability of camouflage. He currently works as a restorer.
The exhibition runs until May 10, 2025. Free entry.
