A showcase of the contemporary rap scene in Pardubice and beyond returns to Klub 29!

One stage, six names, and an evening that will prove the local rap scene is diverse, self-assured, and definitely has something to say. Rap showcase Vol. III presents artists united by their individual approach to hip hop, while each follows a path of their own – from melodic beats and classic boom bap to the rawer edges of contemporary rap.

Matta P combines melodic production with introspective lyrics, distinctive humour, and a philosophical perspective. Bury has been one of the prominent figures on the Pardubice rap scene for several years, bringing energy and authentic expression to the stage. Marth will deliver uncompromising hard boom bap – a raw sound inspired by classic 1990s hip hop, with an emphasis on lyrics and uncompromising flow. Meth will also bring harder beats and sharp delivery, with music driven by unpolished energy and a convincing stage presence.

The evening’s special guest will be Slovak rapper Oznove, a member of the Dymu dom collective, whose work is rooted in old-school beats, lyrical emphasis, and a classic approach to rap. DJ Moul will provide the beats throughout the evening.

The showcase is organised as part of the Textconnexion 2026 and Electroconnexion 2026 projects, with financial support from the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, the Statutory City of Pardubice, and the Pardubice Region.
